Eligibility & accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these terms and meet any minimum age required in your country. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials and devices, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or the Service has been used without authorization.

Features may require an Ideas Snap account, an active subscription, permissions on your device, or an account with a third-party service. You are responsible for complying with terms that apply to those third-party accounts and services.

Atsemble's Gmail connection

Atsemble lets you optionally connect a Google Account so its Gmail assistant can surface recent messages, prepare summaries and reply drafts, display attachments you open, and send a reply after you confirm it. By connecting Gmail, you authorize Atsemble to use the Google permissions shown on Google's OAuth consent screen for those purposes.

• Read-only Gmail permission allows Atsemble to view mailbox content and settings needed for the Gmail assistant. Atsemble does not use it to archive, mark read, label, modify, or delete email.
• Gmail send permission allows Atsemble to send only the reply you review and explicitly confirm. Atsemble does not send email automatically.
• You are responsible for checking draft accuracy, recipients, attachments, and content before sending. AI-generated drafts may contain errors or omit important context.
• You can withdraw permission at any time by disconnecting Gmail in Atsemble or revoking access in your Google Account.

Your use of Google and Gmail remains subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. Google does not sponsor or endorse Atsemble, and Gmail is a trademark of Google LLC. Our access to Google user data is governed by our Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Auto-renewing subscriptions

Some Ideas Snap applications offer paid subscriptions. Features, billing periods, prices, free trials, and limits are displayed before purchase and may vary by product or region.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID, Google Play, or other applicable store account when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your store account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the displayed renewal price.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in the account settings of the store where you purchased it. Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you buy a subscription, where applicable.

Refunds are handled by the applicable app store and mandatory local law. Ideas Snap does not control an app store's refund decision or processing time.

Your content & AI features

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant Ideas Snap a limited, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, reproduce, and process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the features you choose, subject to our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content and request that processing.

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances and are not professional medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice. You must review outputs before relying on, publishing, or sending them. You are responsible for how you use outputs and for ensuring that use complies with law and does not infringe another person's rights.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, Ideas Snap does not claim ownership of the output generated specifically for you. Similar or identical output may be generated for other users.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate law, another person's rights, privacy, or intellectual property, or facilitate fraud, deception, phishing, impersonation, harassment, or abuse.
• Send spam or other unsolicited communications, disguise the source of a message, or use Gmail or another connected service contrary to its applicable terms or policies.
• Access non-public areas, accounts, systems, or networks without authorization, or probe or defeat security or authentication measures.
• Introduce malware; disrupt, overload, scrape, or interfere with the Service; or reverse engineer protected software except where law expressly permits it.
• Use output or data from the Service to build or train a competing model or service where prohibited by law, these terms, or a third-party provider's terms.
• Encourage or enable another person to do any of the above.

We may investigate suspected violations, remove or restrict content, suspend access, and cooperate with authorities when reasonably necessary. We are not required to monitor every use or item of content.

Our Service & third-party services

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content provided by Ideas Snap, is owned by Ideas Snap or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these terms.

The Service may depend on or link to third-party products such as app stores, Google services, and AI providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their independent content, availability, or practices. Their own terms and policies may apply.

Ideas Snap respects intellectual-property rights. Send notices or questions about alleged infringement to admin@ideassnap.com.

Availability, disclaimers & liability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features; impose reasonable limits; or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, legal requirement, or harm to the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Ideas Snap disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ideas Snap and its officers, employees, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the Service. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law in your location provides otherwise. We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version becomes effective when posted with a new effective date; we will provide additional notice where required.
