Information we may collect

The categories collected depend on the product and features you choose to use. They may include:

• Contact and account details such as name, email address, phone number, and postal address when you provide them.
• Device and usage information, including IP address, browser and operating-system details, device identifiers, pages visited, timestamps, duration, and diagnostic data.
• Cookies and similar technologies used for sessions, preferences, security, analytics, and—where applicable—advertising.
• Text, selected messages, audio, images, or photos that you explicitly submit to use a product feature.
• Other information you voluntarily provide, or information required for a specific service, agreement, billing, or support request.

You can configure your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when they are sent. Some parts of the Service may not function correctly without necessary cookies.

AI, keyboard, image & face processing

When you actively request an AI-powered action, content you provide may be securely sent to AI providers such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, Replicate, or a comparable provider. The provider may vary based on feature availability and performance.

• Text, images, photos, or audio is sent only to generate the response or suggestion you requested.
• Submitted content is not used by Ideas Snap for advertising, tracking, or profiling.
• Ideas Snap does not retain submitted content after processing unless a feature clearly states otherwise.
• The keyboard extension accesses typed or selected text only when you actively use an AI feature; it does not store keystrokes beyond what is necessary to complete that request.
• Uploaded images or photos are processed locally or through secure servers only after your action and only for the requested feature.

Where an app offers avatar, headshot, or artwork generation, images containing facial data are used solely to create the requested result. Ideas Snap does not retain facial data after that process is complete.

Atsemble Gmail connection

Atsemble's Gmail connection is optional. Atsemble does not access your Google Account or Gmail data until you choose to connect an account and grant permission through Google's OAuth consent screen.

Google data and permissions

• OpenID, email, and profile provide your Google account identifier, email address, and display name so Atsemble can identify the connected mailbox.
• Gmail read-only access (gmail.readonly) provides recent threads and sent messages, including message and thread identifiers, senders, recipients, reply-to addresses, subjects, dates, labels, snippets, message bodies, attachment names/types/sizes, mailbox history identifiers, and your configured Gmail sending signature.
• Gmail send access (gmail.send) is used only to send a reply that you have reviewed and explicitly chosen to send from Atsemble.

Atsemble does not request permission to archive, mark read, label, modify, or delete messages. Attachment file contents are downloaded only when you choose to open an attachment and are not included in AI prompts.

How Gmail data is used and processed

Atsemble uses Gmail data to sync a limited set of recent conversations, surface messages that may need attention, create summaries and optional reminder suggestions, prepare reply drafts, display attachments you choose to open, and send a reply after you confirm it. Atsemble does not send email automatically.

To provide inbox prioritization, summaries, reminder suggestions, and drafts, relevant Gmail content and metadata is sent through encrypted connections to Ideas Snap's cloud backend and a configured AI provider, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. Google OAuth tokens and attachment file contents are not sent to the AI provider. Gmail data is not used by Ideas Snap or its processors to train generalized or general-purpose AI or machine-learning models.

On-device storage, retention, and deletion

The Gmail refresh token is stored in the iOS Keychain. Connected account details, cached messages, summaries, reply drafts, action history, and derived writing-style preferences are stored locally in Atsemble's separate Gmail data store. Attachments are stored locally only after you open them, use iOS file protection, are excluded from device backups, and are limited to 25 MB per file.

Gmail cache entries and opened attachments are ordinarily retained for 30 days. The service may configure a shorter or longer local cache period, up to 90 days, to support reliable sync and offline review. Choose Disconnect Gmail in Atsemble to remove the token, cached Gmail data, attachments, summaries, drafts, preferences, history, and Gmail reminders from the device. Atsemble also asks Google to revoke the token when possible. Logging out of, switching, or deleting the current Atsemble account triggers the same cleanup.

Google Limited Use

Atsemble's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Ideas Snap does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising, retargeting, personalized marketing, creditworthiness, lending, or data-broker purposes. Humans may read Gmail data only with your affirmative permission for specific data, when necessary for security or abuse investigation, or when required by applicable law.

How information is used

Ideas Snap may use information to:

• Provide, maintain, monitor, and improve the Service.
• Deliver interactive features and customer support.
• Send service, account, billing, subscription, or renewal notices.
• Detect, prevent, and resolve security or technical issues.
• Meet contractual and legal obligations and enforce our rights.
• Send product news or offers where permitted, with an option to unsubscribe.
• Carry out another disclosed purpose or a purpose you consent to.

Retention and transfer

Personal Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes in this policy, including compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except where longer retention is required for security, product improvement, or law.

Information may be processed outside your country, including in Vietnam, where privacy laws may differ. Ideas Snap takes reasonable measures designed to keep data protected and transfers it only when appropriate safeguards are in place.

Disclosure and security

Information may be disclosed to affiliates, contractors, and service providers; to complete the purpose for which it was provided; with your consent; when required to protect rights, property, or safety; or as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, although Ideas Snap uses commercially reasonable safeguards.

Your privacy rights

EU and EEA residents

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also withdraw consent and complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

California residents

You may request the categories, sources, purposes, recipients, and specific pieces of Personal Data collected about you, as well as deletion of eligible data. Ideas Snap does not sell or rent Personal Data for monetary consideration and will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

CalOPPA and Do Not Track

Users can visit the website anonymously, find this Privacy link on the home page, and request changes to their Personal Data by email. Ideas Snap honors browser Do Not Track signals as described in the source policy.

Providers, analytics & links

Ideas Snap may engage service providers to operate features, process information on our behalf, analyze use, automate development and delivery, support advertising, or provide remarketing. Providers receive access only as needed for their tasks and are expected not to use or disclose information for another purpose.

The Service may link to third-party sites that Ideas Snap does not operate. Their content and privacy practices are outside our control, so you should review the policy of each service you visit.

Children, refunds & policy updates

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. Ideas Snap does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 18 and will take steps to remove such information if it is discovered without verified parental consent.

Refund requests for Android purchases are handled under Google Play policies and applicable law. An approved partial refund may be less than the original amount because of platform fees, taxes, payment processing, or other transaction costs.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes become effective when the revised policy is posted here, with the effective date updated above. Where appropriate, Ideas Snap may also provide a prominent notice or email notification.
